What is Aforma?
Aforma is a document automation platform. You pick a ready template, answer a few questions, and Aforma assembles a finished contract, invoice or act and gives you a PDF or Word file in a couple of minutes — no manual layout.
What document types can I create?
Contracts, invoices, acts of completed work, powers of attorney, certificates and other business documents. The template library has ready options for common tasks, and on paid plans you can build your own templates.
How much does a deployment cost?
It depends on how many documents we move over and how complex their rules are. We look at your files and give you a figure and a timeline. Write to support@aforma.cloud.
What formats can I download in?
You can export the finished document to PDF and Word, and spreadsheet-style documents to Excel. Word export is available on paid plans.
Is my data secure?
We deploy a separate environment in your infrastructure or on servers inside your country. Access is enforced by role at the database level: people see only what they were given. Nothing leaves your perimeter.
What languages does Aforma support?
The interface is available in 7 languages: Russian, English, German, Spanish, French, Arabic and Hindi.
Where are the files stored?
Inside your own environment: references, scans and media sit next to the documents, not in someone else's cloud. Capacity is agreed during the rollout — there is no separate charge for space.
